Who can become an LTNA member?

Any legal voting age person who resides, owns property, or owns a business within the boundaries, may become a voting member by registering as a member and paying the required membership dues.  All persons who qualify for membership described above, but have not paid membership dues, are considered Associate Members with the sole rights to attend membership meeting.  Associate Members will not be extended the rights of floor voice, voting, or officership as described in the "LTNA’s" By-Laws. Associate Members and visitors shall be clearly identified as such when attending any membership meetings.
