To encourage and promote participation of the residents in any issues affecting the welfare of the neighborhood.
To emphasize good planning efforts in securing desirable community benefits, thereby sustaining and/or creating improvements in the neighborhood.
To promote and maintain community communications and to seek information on all issues of interest.
To maintain liaison with the City of Dallas City Council and to provide representative attendance at council meetings when issues of interest to the LTNA are discussed.
To coordinate and conduct business with other inter/intra-city organizations and neighborhood associations or activities having common interests with the "LTNA".
