The borders of LTNA are Rosemeade Park Creek greenbelt on the North; Marsh Lane on the East; Kelly Boulevard on the West; and Timberglen Road on the South. Any legal voting age person who resides, owns property, or owns a business within the boundaries, may become a voting member by registering as a member and paying the required membership dues.
